Cedrick Fulton, NJ Transit Board of Directors vice chairman, abruptly resigned from the post Tuesday, less than 24 hours before the agency’s first board meeting of 2023.
NJ Transit spokesman Jim Smith confirmed that Fulton resigned from the board, after NorthJersey.com first reported it.
“He (Fulton) expressed his thanks for the support over the last three years, and wished NJ Transit continued success in the future,” Smith said.
